Web Designer/Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving the company's website and digital interfaces in line with brand identity and user experience best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and maintain the company’s website and other digital platforms
• Create engaging, responsive, and user-centric designs that enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for new features and pages
• Maintain brand consistency in web design and functionality
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web design
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic UX/UI principles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional web design
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a good eye for aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
