Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to
join our team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in WordPress and otherdesign tools, capable of crafting visually stunning, professional, and user-friendly website layouts that align with client requirements. Strong graphicdesign skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate designs into fullyfunctional WordPress or Shopify websites.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design pixel-perfect, visually compelling, and user-friendly websitelayouts using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.-Create stunning and professional graphic designs, illustrations, and UIcomponents that enhance website aesthetics.-Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes in Figma to effectivelycommunicate design ideas.-Convert approved designs into responsive WordPress or Shopifywebsites.-Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.-Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern UI/UXprinciples.-Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators toexecute web projects seamlessly.-Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure a flawless userexperience.-Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies.

Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in web design and development.-Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, with astrong portfolio showcasing professional web designs.Knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify, including theme customizationand page builders.-Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive designprinciples.-Proven expertise in graphic design, with experience in creating engagingvisuals, icons, and illustrations.-Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to craftintuitive user interfaces.-Become familiar with SEO principles and website optimizationtechniques.-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Preferred Qualifications:-Experience with WooCommerce.-Knowledge of advanced graphic design tools such as Photoshop orIllustrator.-Prior experience working in an agency or freelance setting.
