Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly web layouts. Proficiency in Bootstrap and Figma is essential, while experience with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and JavaScript is highly recommended. Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing and innovative web layouts that align with brand identity and business goals. Develop responsive designs using Bootstrap to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. Create and prototype website interfaces and components using Figma. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts. Incorporate animations and interactive elements using GSAP and JavaScript for engaging user experiences. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Maintain design consistency and adhere to best practices in UI/UX. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role (portfolio required). Strong proficiency in Bootstrap and Figma (must-have). Solid understanding of web design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Experience with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and JavaScript for web animations and interactivity (recommended). Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user experiences. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design (a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
