Backed by the 80-year legacy of the Mangalam Group, we’re expanding rapidly across India (via our website, Amazon, Blinkit, & retail stores) and moving into Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. 

Who We’re Looking For

design and functionality

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 3+ years

  in web or UI/UX design (FMCG, D2C, consumer brands preferred)
• Robust portfolio showcasing

  UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce flows

• Design tool expertise:

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

  , plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite 
• Proficient in responsive design, typography, layout grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy 
• Skilled in

  wireframing, prototyping (interactive and static), and usability testing

   
• Understanding of

  information architecture

  , user flows, and interaction design fundamentals 
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML & CSS

  helpful for collaborating with developers and technical feasibility 
• Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate across teams
• Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Accustomed to Shopify

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design of websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites
• Create intuitive, visually engaging, and mobile-responsive digital experiences
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and pixel-perfect
• Optimize user experiences for performance marketing, product launches, and international expansion
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on real-user insights
• Balance brand consistency with fresh, modern design solutions
• Stay current with web design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies
