Web Designer

Job Overview:

Indybytes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and skills in modern web design tools. As a Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect the brand and deliver a seamless digital experience.

Experience:

• 0–1 years in Web Design or UI/UX Design
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive web pages and layouts that align with project goals and brand identity
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design with code
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools
• Optimize designs for speed, performance, and user experience
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Make design revisions based on client or internal feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
