About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining professional websites with a focus on user-friendly interfaces and responsive design. The candidate will play a key role in showcasing our real estate projects online and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain the company’s website to ensure it reflects current projects and services.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts, graphics, and web pages.
• Ensure responsive design across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Work with marketing and sales teams to showcase property listings, brochures, and campaigns online.
• Optimize website for speed, SEO, and lead generation.
• Design landing pages for marketing campaigns, project launches, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web designing.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or others).
• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate or property-related website design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and integrations (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).
