Internship Opportunity: Web App Developer (Real-Time Video & Social Platform) Role : Web App Development Intern Type : Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours Duration : 1 to 3 Months Stipend with Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation + Potential Full-Time Offer About the Project Imagine a platform where friends from anywhere in the world can: Watch YouTube videos together in perfect sync Talk face-to-face in real-time via video and audio calls Send text and voice messages Chat in groups , take quizzes, and learn English idioms Earn rewards, certificates, and connect socially This isn't just a streaming app. Its a gamified, community-based learning experience combining real-time communication, education, and entertainment. What You'll Be Doing As our Web App Developer Intern , you will: Implement and troubleshoot WebRTC -based video/audio calling features Fix bugs and enhance chat, friend management, and messaging features Ensure real-time YouTube video synchronization across sessions Optimize the UI for mobile & desktop clean, smooth, and user- friendly Collaborate to shape backend workflows using Supabase Create scalable logic for session handling , user authentication, and role management Test live functionality with other participants Requirements: You don't need to be a senior developer just someone hungry to learn and ready to build: Familiar with React.js / Next.js Understanding of JavaScript , WebRTC , and RESTful APIs Comfortable using Supabase , Firebase , or eager to learn quickly Basic experience with version control (Git) Able to dedicate 812 hours/week (flexible) What Youll Get Stipend with Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation Opportunity for a permanent job offer based on performance Real-world experience building an actual product for launch Visibility and recognition for your work your code will ship A project you can proudly add to your portfolio or resume Mentorship, trust, and ownership youll be treated like a creator, not a cog Bonus (If You Have These) UI/UX design interest or Tailwind CSS knowledge Prior experience with WebSockets , Peer.js , or media streaming A working GitHub or project demo to showcase Email us at : hr@sameedge.com or Call at 987-307-7320 to dicuss further.
