    : Warehouse Associate – Flipkart (Packing / Picking / Sortation / Receiving)

  • Location

    : [ Haringhata, Kalyani]
  • Job Type: Full-time / Shift-based
  • Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Benefits

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform order picking and packing as per Flipkart standards
  • Assist in sortation of packages for dispatch
  • Receive, scan, and store inbound shipments in proper locations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling
  • Work in coordination with team to meet daily operational targets
  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols inside the warehouse

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Above
  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus (not mandatory)
