Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Operations and Supplychain Intern to support our daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes. The ideal candidate will assist in receiving, organizing, and dispatching inventory, processing e-commerce orders (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart), and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also involves quality checks, reporting assistance, and collaboration with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in inventory handling and order processing Support packing, dispatch, and return operations Conduct basic quality checks and follow safety protocols Help maintain records and contribute to warehouse efficiency Preferred candidate profile Graduation. Certification in Operations/Supply Chain Management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Outlook , and inventory/order management systems. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub , and other marketplace operations. Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset. Positive attitude and high self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
