Wealth Operations Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as an Operations Executive at Equirus Wealth Private Limited with a focus on handling Mutual Funds division and end-to-end operations of MF trade processing. Your role will involve coordination with RTA and other vendors, ensuring smooth branch coordination, handling various day-to-day transaction activities, processing applications for new accounts, supporting RMs with transactions and funds reconciliation, providing administrative support for data entry using MS Excel, reconciling brokerage with coordination with AMC/RTA, processing service requests and follow-ups for updating demographic changes, and processing non-MF transactions. You will report to the Head of Operations and be based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Mutual Funds division and end-to-end operations of MF trade processing - Coordinate with RTA and other vendors - Ensure smooth branch coordination for minimal complaints and quick resolution - Process applications for new accounts - Support RMs with transactions, portal, and funds reconciliation - Provide administrative support for daily data entry using MS Excel - Reconcile brokerage with coordination with AMC/RTA - Process service requests and follow-ups for updating demographic changes - Process non-MF transactions Qualifications Required: - Graduate - 5+ years of experience in Operations - Strong command over English - Strong internal communication and coordination skills - Preferable experience in KYC and Mutual Fund transaction processing - Preferable hands-on experience with BSE Star platform Additional Details: Equirus Wealth Private Limited is a leading mid-market investment bank with expertise in M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.
