Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Wealth Managers role based in Siswa Bazar, Basti, Kaptanganj, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Jaunpur. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for providing financial planning and investment guidance to customers, managing their financial portfolios, and promoting a range of products including savings, insurance, and investment services. The role involves building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring effective credit and collection practices for clients. The Manager will work within the community to understand customer needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and contribute to local economic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Investments
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Investment Management practices
• Experience with Insurance products and their application to financial planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized financial solutions
• Proficiency in managing credit and collections
• Familiarity with rural financial challenges and community engagement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
