JOB DESCRIPTION Assists in managing client relationships, performing financial analysis, and supporting the delivery of wealth management services to affluent customers of their designated territory. They collaborate with senior team members to develop skills and gain industry knowledge. Role and Responsibilities • Assist in catering to the investment needs of clients by providing research-based advice on equity, mutual funds (MF), insurance, portfolio management services (PMS), and structured products. • Support the portfolio management of affluent customers • Cater to ad-hoc service requests of clients under the guidance of senior managers. • Leverage the group's existing customer base e.g., CV/PV dealers & fleet owners; develop investment solutions within this captive base to deepen client relations & expand AUM • Identify prospective clients and assist in client acquisition through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. • Conduct initial client data gathering, prepare documentation, and assist in client onboarding. • Maintain client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Relevant certifications (NISM, AMFI) preferred or in progress Experience Requirements MBA graduates from Tier-II colleges with specialization in finance will be preferred Exposure to client relationship management and basic financial planning Technical Skills Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client needs. Soft Skills Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High ethical standards and commitment to learning. Ability to work in a team environment and support senior managers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Drive AUM growth and maximize revenue from client portfolios. Support in executing business development plans by meeting and client acquisition targets set as part of the overall strategy Act as the primary relationship holder, addressing clients' holistic financial management needsincluding investments, lending, and insurance—by leveraging subject matter experts from the group. Support team efforts and contribute to overall organizational objectives.
