Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wealth Manager-Real Estate based in Gurugram. The Wealth Manager-Real Estate will manage property portfolios, monitor lease administration, handle commercial real estate transactions, and provide real estate advisory services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing property leases, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, evaluating property investments, and liaising with clients to meet their real estate needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and its market dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client relationship management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the Indian real estate market is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CPM, RICS, or equivalent are advantageous
