About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Relationship Manager / Financial Advisor with expertise in Mutual Funds, SIPs, Financial Planning, and Stock Markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, offering trusted financial advice, and driving mutual fund sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their financial needs.

• Provide expert guidance on Mutual Funds, SIPs, and financial investment planning.

• Assist clients in making informed investment decisions and achieving long-term goals.

• Meet monthly sales targets for mutual funds and related products.

• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/CFP preferred but not mandatory).

✔ Mandatory knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIP, Financial Advisory, and Stock Market.

✔ 2–8 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, financial advisory, or sales.

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

✔ Ability to meet targets while maintaining long-term client trust.

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused.

Job Details

- Location: Sector 3, Noida (Candidate must be willing to travel on-site)

- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8.5 hours)

- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

- Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹39,000 in-hand (based on experience & performance)

- Incentives: Performance-linked incentives available
