Job Description

To drive and expand the Wealth Management practice by acquiring, advising, and retaining high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients (HNIs/UHNIs). Responsible for providing comprehensive investment, estate, and financial planning solutions, including equity, debt, PMS, AIFs, insurance, structured products, and alternate investments. The role involves portfolio management, relationship leadership, and aligning client objectives with companys wealth advisory framework. Key deliverables include business growth, revenue generation, client satisfaction, compliance management, and continuous improvement in service quality.

  • Acquire, manage, and retain HNI/UHNI clients through proactive relationship management and advisory excellence.• Understand client risk appetite, financial goals, and asset allocation preferences to provide holistic investment advice.• Offer customized investment solutions across asset classes (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Insurance, and Private Equity opportunities).• Coordinate with product, research, and operations teams for timely execution and portfolio optimization.• Conduct portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and periodic rebalancing recommendations.• Maintain deep product knowledge and ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and RBI regulatory frameworks.• Cross-sell investment banking, lending, and estate planning solutions in coordination with internal teams.• Build strong relationships with fund houses, portfolio managers, and external partners for product access and negotiation.• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and client events.• Ensure impeccable compliance, documentation, and client data management using CRM platforms.• Track revenue targets and report performance metrics as per business KPIs.

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Preferred: MBA / PGDM (Finance / Banking / Wealth Management).Certifications such as NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund), NISM XA/X-B (Investment Advisor), or CFP are highly desirable.

3–9 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Demonstrated experience managing HNI/UHNI relationships and handling portfolios exceeding 25 crore AUM. Prior exposure to products like PMS, AIFs, Structured Notes, and Family Office Advisory preferred.
