This is a pivotal, customer-facing role, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining High Net Worth (HNI) clients, predominantly for wealth management services. The role involves building strong relationships, providing financial advisory services, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The candidate must have experience in selling mainstream (MF, Equity) and alternative (NCDs/Fixed-Income Instruments) products, and managing investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Ability to inspire trust and confidence in HNI clients.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to acquire and manage high-value relationships independently.
Strong analytical and research-driven decision-making capabilities.
High perseverance, result-oriented approach, and willingness to engage in fieldwork.
