Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED), Pune

As part of our vision to strengthen our faculty of international repute, IMED invites applications for full-time faculty positions:

• Professor
• Associate Professor
• Professor of Practice

in the domains of Business, Computer Applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science.

These positions are based at our Pune, Maharashtra campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and research aligned with university curricula and individual expertise
• Lead and coordinate academic programs, ensuring excellence in student learning outcomes
• Guide students in research, business clinic assignments (industry problem-solving), and co-curricular activities
• Contribute to curriculum innovation, program design, and pedagogical advancement
• Mentor students and junior faculty, fostering a culture of academic excellence
• Engage with industry and global academic networks to strengthen partnerships and impact

Qualifications

• PhD in relevant fields (mandatory for Associate Professor and Professor)
• Refer to AICTE/UGC norms for cadre-specific eligibility
• Demonstrated academic research, publications, or impactful industry/entrepreneurial experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (teaching, writing, presenting)
• Proficiency with technology-enabled learning tools and platforms
