About the Role

BCA Programme Faculty

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in subjects related to the BCA curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and continuous assessment.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
Engage in departmental activities such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic events
Undertake research, publish scholarly articles, and participate in professional development.
Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
Participate in administrative responsibilities and institutional committees as required.

Minimum Qualifications

As per AICTE/UGC norms:

Option 1:
B.E. / B. Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
Option 2:
B.E., B. Tech. and MCA with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees.
Option 3:
Graduation of three years’ duration with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and MCA with First Class or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience after acquiring the MCA degree.
