What You'll Do:


  • Handle international customer queries (voice) in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions
  • Work with high-value clients in

    Financial Services

  • Record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM/ticketing tools
  • Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 high-performance environment
  • Escalate complex issues following defined protocols
  • Maintain professionalism while dealing with high-value international clients


Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Immediate joiners or candidates with

    15 Days notice periods

  • Prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in BFSI domain
  • Understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette


What You Bring:


  • Fluent English Communication Skills

    (International Standards)
  • Knowledge or interest in

    Financial Services

  • 1 - 4 years of voice process/customer support experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility for night shifts & willingness to work from office
