We are hiring Mobilizer for Belgharia Location

Job Description

1)    Complete understanding the courses being implemented in the training center/s

2)    Close coordination with Placement Coordinator, Counsellor, Trainers and Center Managers to understand and learn the placement available

3)    Close coordination with various NGOs, service organizations, Gram / Mandal / District level public representatives and Government officials to take their support for mobilization of candidates for training centers

4)    Participating in Job Melas to get the details of students interested to undergo training programs

5)    Ensure mobilization of candidates before closure of current batches

6)    Conducting Mobilization Camps etc.,

7)    Maintaining close coordination with  Govt., officials, and public representatives etc.,

8)    Follow up with students / parents to know the absenteeism for the classes

9)    Proper mapping of the areas / villages to be mobilized

10) Counselling parents, students to opt training and placement's and continuation

11)  Identification of competitors and analysis on their training's and students enrolment ratio and taking precautions to not to affect our mobilization

12) Organizing various special events and other promotional activities to increase the enrolments.

Education 

Minimum 12^th Pass. Graduate (Pref)

Total Experience Required

2 to 5 Years in related field.
