We are seeking a dedicated International Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional voice-based support to our international clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide technical support to customers across various international regions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they understand each process clearly.
  • Document all interactions and support incidents accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, troubleshooting techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback regarding common issues and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a voice process environment.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, and hardware components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using support tools, ticketing systems, and remote access software.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
