Warranty Executive

As a Warranty Processor, your role involves making warranty decisions for product defects reported to the workshop, performing detailed reporting of complaints, investigations, and rectifications for vehicles under warranty, and following up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits, coordinating with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for parts warranty claims, and updating workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy changes. Key Responsibilities: - Make warranty decisions for product defects - Perform detailed reporting of complaints, investigations, and rectifications - Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement - Maintain warranty claim documents for dealer audits - Coordinate with parts dealers and service centers for parts warranty claims - Update workshop personnel on warranty policy changes Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in warranty processing or a similar role - Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to warranties - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In this role, you will need to have a Diploma or Graduation qualification along with at least 2 years of experience.
