Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring the effective management of inventory, staff, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1 should be aware of stock from time to time and inform the sales executive accurately if any enquired

2 should be vigilant about the dispatching activity stock should be dispatch accourding to the padiding slip number query will not be happend

3 When meterials in the form of a purchase or sale return, you should be properly monitoring and supporting the management from time to time. In case a sale return is damaged, it should not be taken, and in case of purchase damage, it should be monitored and informed to the management immediately.

4 Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.

5 Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

6 should maintain stock control and stock regulation clearly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
