As a Warehouse Executive at Knya, your primary objective is to ensure the smooth operations of warehouse activities, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily warehouse tasks, managing custom orders, and overseeing inventory control. It is crucial for you to optimize workflow efficiency, boost productivity, and maintain adherence to safety regulations. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing quality assurance, inventory management, logistics, space utilization, and shipping. - Developing and executing strategies to improve workflow efficiency, ensuring productivity and customer service standards are met. - Scheduling and coordinating the warehouse team to meet fulfillment demands effectively, while minimizing overtime and optimizing resource allocation. - Conducting regular meetings with warehouse staff to evaluate performance, identify areas for enhancement, and devise actionable plans. - Coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely product delivery, collaborating with drivers and air partners as required. - Upholding a safe work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Managing custom orders process, overseeing logistics, data tracking, and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). - Leveraging e-commerce operations knowledge to drive warehouse performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess: - 1-2 years of warehouse management experience, including supervision of hourly employees. - Proficient understanding of warehouse procedures and policies. - Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and management. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective leadership qualities. - Excellent communication abilities to engage across all organizational levels. - Capability to provide regular written and verbal feedback. - A proactive and detail-oriented approach to drive operational excellence in a dynamic warehouse setting.
