To ensure smooth execution of warehouse office operations and active clearance of yard/yard dock areas by coordinating with internal teams, transporters, and customers. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring timely clearance of vehicles and goods.
Warehouse Office Work
Handle day-to-day documentation related to inward & outward shipments.
Prepare Goods Consignment (GC), Delivery Challans, and related documents.
Update entries in ERP/WMS systems and maintain records for audit readiness.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and transporters for shipment status and issue resolution.
Maintain daily MIS reports and share updates with management.
Assist in billing, GRN, POD collection, and reconciliation activities.
Yard Clearance (Active Role)
Monitor yard activity and ensure timely clearance of vehicles for loading/unloading.
Coordinate with drivers and transport teams to avoid congestion at the yard.
Actively track pending shipments/vehicles and escalate delays to the concerned team.
Maintain yard discipline, proper vehicle alignment, and safety compliance.
Support dock leveling and space utilization planning.
Ensure smooth handover of consignments between yard and warehouse.
Strong coordination & communication skills (internal & external).
Knowledge of warehouse operations, documentation, and transport handling.
Ability to work under pressure and handle yard activities actively.
Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / WMS systems.
