Job Desription:
He needs to oversee the quality and production of various commodities like rice, ravas, jaggery , poha etc.
We export over 50 commodities to 33+ countries; the warehouse manager will oversee the export orders from the time of receiving order till the final stuffing of the container.
He will have production supervisors, production manager, quality team reporting to him.
needs to handle the team including workers efficiently
Needs to have analytical skills to solve problems
Needs to work on improving output and reducing manpower cost
responsible for keeping the warehouse clean as well as following Good manufacturing practises
Responsible to reduce errors in shipments and reduce quality complaints
Needs to ideate on automation of warehouse to scale up
Requirements:
Needs to be having strong quality knowledge of Indian commodities.
Has to have 8+ years of experience
Preferably worked in packing houses/ warehouses of commodity packing companies (retail stores)
Needs to be aware of fumigation processes for the commodities
Agile person, with on ground knowledge
Should be able to speak Telugu, Hindi
Knowing the export norms of various countries is a plus
Knowing the testing parameters of various commodities for country wise acceptance is a plus

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
