Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and implement best practices for inventory optimization and waste reduction. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and cold chain standards where applicable. Plan and implement warehouse layout and operational improvements for better efficiency. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety protocols. Establish and monitor key warehouse metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, fill rate) and implement improvement initiatives. Coordinate with the procurement, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery. Maintain equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure warehouse safety and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using lean practices and technology. Maintain accurate warehouse records for audits and compliance. Ensure timely returns and handle expired/damaged products per regulations and company policies.
Write and adapt marketing copy across social, ads, WhatsApp, email, and website. Use Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, MidJourney) to accelerate educational content generation. Manage the content calendar and coordinate with design, agency, and internal stakeholders. Support paid campaigns (Meta/Google) with ad copy, creatives, and performance reviews. Track campaign execution timelines and ensure zero slippage in delivery. Research trends and bring new content/campaign ideas relevant to pharma/healthtech.
