Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Manager / Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities including inventory control, dispatch coordination, stock records, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of machines, parts, and materials.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and prepare related documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks (for Manager role).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Graduation preferred (any discipline).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, documentation, and stock control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling industrial machines or spare parts.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Leadership skills (for Warehouse Manager position).
