Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and validate Delivery Notes for all dispatches
Ensure sales invoice is raised for every delivery note generated, and verify invoice number before physical dispatch
Record and reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all inwards; ensure the corresponding purchase invoice is completed, verified, and approved by the Accounts team before the stock is authorized for dispatch.
For sales returns, obtain written credit note confirmation from the Accounts team before accepting and processing the return (just like GRN validation)
Maintain real-time reconciliation of system vs physical stock
Monitor bin-level stock accuracy and location tagging
Ensure optimized space utilization and reorganize overstocks or misplaced SKUs
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and sales teams for documentation flow and dispatch authorizations
Maintain up-to-date ledgers for GRNs, DNs, and CNs; ensure files are ready for internal audits
Escalate unresolved document discrepancies or missing invoice linkages to the Warehouse Operations Manager
