Warehouse Manager

You will have complete ownership of the store's performance, from managing inventory and overseeing daily operations to leading a team of pickers, packers, and delivery riders. Your primary goal is to ensure lightning-fast delivery times, exceptional order accuracy, and optimal operational efficiency, all while maintaining a safe and motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee all store functions including

inventory receiving (inwarding), quality checks, storage (put-away), order processing

(picking and packing), and dispatch.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Oversee the entire inbound and outbound stock movement and maintain

corresponding documentation.

• Team Leadership & Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of store associates (pickers, packers) and

delivery fleet riders.

Create rosters, manage shifts, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on speed, accuracy, and

safety.

• Performance & KPI Ownership:

Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Processing

Time, Delivery Time, Order Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, and Customer

Satisfaction (NPS).

Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process

improvements.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Area Manager.

• Vendor & Rider Coordination:

Manage relationships with local suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

Coordinate with the delivery rider fleet to ensure efficient order handoffs and

fast last-mile delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,

preferably in retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced operational

environment. Experience in Q-commerce or e-commerce is a major plus.

• Education:Graduate
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of 30+ members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong hands-on, "get it done" attitude.
• Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in MS Excel is required,quickly learn and

adapt to new software
