Job Description

Warehouse Manager / Asst. Manager is responsible for supervise deliveries of garments goods from warehouses and ensure products are accounted & stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers or terra luna retail stores. They also manage warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely. Job Responsibilities Dispatch Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee dispatch operations for retail stores and e-commerce orders. Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatching to meet delivery deadlines for both channels. Develop and implement effective dispatch schedules to optimize logistics efficiency. Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate transportation and resolve delivery issues. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and alignment with order requirements. Manage stock allocation between retail stores and e-commerce platforms based on demand forecasting. Oversee stock transfers and replenishments to retail locations and fulfilment centres. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and shrinkage. Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Implement and maintain warehouse organization for optimal workflow and accessibility. Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of garments to maintain quality standards. Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and stock movements using warehouse management systems. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the production team to align stock availability with order requirements. Work closely with the e-commerce and retail teams to prioritize dispatches based on sales targets and promotions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on dispatch statuses and inventory levels. Address and resolve issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries. Team Leadership: Manage and train warehouse and dispatch staff to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols. Develop schedules and assign tasks to team members to meet operational needs. Monitor team performance and address inefficiencies or non-compliance. Process Improvement: Analyze dispatch workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices for inventory and dispatch management. Use data analytics to forecast demand and optimize stock distribution. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all dispatch operations. Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and reporting purposes. Implement measures to ensure the safe handling and transportation of garments. Work Location: M/s.
