Warehouse Manager

1. Maintains the goods receiving and dispatching operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

2. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

3. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

4. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

5. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
5. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

6. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

7. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
