Warehouse Manager - Paint Division

As a Warehouse Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, specifically handling paint products. Your role will involve managing various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse and adherence to safety and quality standards. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching paint products. - Ensure proper handling and storage of paint materials in compliance with safety and quality standards. - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. - Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and maintain product shelf life. - Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch. - Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations (including fire safety, hazardous material handling, and PPE usage). - Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency. - Manage documentation related to inward/outward stock, GRN, dispatch notes, and return goods. - Address discrepancies in stock movement and implement corrective measures. - Lead process improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the paint industry. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management tools. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Familiarity with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
