Warehouse Manager Paint Division

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching paint products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring proper handling and storage of paint materials in compliance with safety and quality standards. - Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock audits. - Implementing FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and maintain product shelf life. - Coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch. - Supervising warehouse staff, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations. - Monitoring warehouse space utilization and suggesting improvements for efficiency. - Managing documentation related to inward/outward stock, GRN, dispatch notes, and return goods. - Addressing discrepancies in stock movement and implementing corrective measures. - Leading process improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the paint industry. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management tools. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Familiarity with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
