Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will play a vital role in implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse functions. Your duties will also include overseeing security operations and ensuring the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. The safety of staff is of utmost importance, and you will be tasked with motivating and disciplining the team as needed. Your role will require maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. It is essential to stay aware of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Additionally, you may need to assist with deliveries when required to support operational needs. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of warehouse management experience. A solid understanding of warehouse management procedures and proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls are crucial. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift effectively are necessary qualifications. Proficiency in computer skills and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
