Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generate timely and accurate reports for performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Creating MIS / Dashboard and presenting it to concern department.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Operations reports in excel for in-depth analysis and producing actionable insights to Management.
• Review Monthly performance report (Current& last month) for Cost, Packing, Transportation, Purchase & order services.
• Need to preparing weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations.
• Interview prospective employees and train new staff members.
• Manage warehouse costing, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure the KPI Designated to achieve the target.
• Taking care of Operational process order to shipping...
• Ensure the Preparing Warehouse lay out for return shipment and assigning area as per the commodity & ensuring space been utilized fully and bifurcation done as per category, Commodity condition and remarks.
• Tracking down the order flow and ensure its been dispatched within the Turnaround time (During High sale period.)
• Ensuring process been drive through settled up process for return shipment.
• Conduction periodic stock audit conducted and ensuring No Variation
• Co-coordinating with respective category for Inward & Return.
• Flashing regular report and ensuring there is no drop down in assigned targets.
• Monitoring the Performance for each person and ensuring the respective are achieving the assigned target.
