ROLE TASK DOCUMENT Name of the Role Warehouse Inventory Associate Role Definition Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving Inbound Stock, Storing and moving for everyday packaging, and managing packed and unpacked stock for Instant Infinity Sales. 1. Stock maintenance and Storage 2: stock moving and Bookkeeping 3. Coordinate with the Account and Warehouse managers to develop skills to grow into an Inventory Manager. Key Responsibility/ Deliverable-Tasks & Activities 1. Stock Maintenance and Storage: Recieve inbound stock and verify the accurate stock has been received as per the PO raised. Allocate space for storing physical socks in the warehouse. and Responsible for maintaining the Tally System. 2. Stock Moving and Book Keeping: The everyday move required stock to the packaging team ERP Inventory Management * Stock transfer entry every day as per the report received from the warehouse team. * Removal stock received, good or bad data is entered in ERP based on the FC warehouse * Month-end check for OMS packed qty and cross-check and update in tally * Also month-end check for all warehouse packed qty and cross-check in tally and update * 15 days once-ERP Inventory report both Unfinished & Finihed unit update to MD. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
