Job Description

Preferably B.Tech. or MBA in supply chain

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations

• Expertise in large work force management

• Should have knowledge of quality management tools

• Ready to work in Rotational Shifts

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

• Ensuring WOM (Warehouse order management) & Inventory management

• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations

• Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods, verifying quantities and quality

• Maintain 5S on the shop Floor

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Investigate failures and identify root causes to narrow down the problem and issues
