Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordination with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and system updates.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials as per company standards.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inward and outward shipments.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess to the procurement team.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and GRNs.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the warehouse.
Support in physical verification during monthly/annual inventory audits.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve process efficiency.
Lead and train warehouse staff for smooth workflow and discipline.
