Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by contacting existing and potential distributors, retailers, and institutional clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Explain product features, schemes, and offers to customers to drive sales conversions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales within defined timelines.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel) with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales and customer retention.
  • Support the field sales team by fixing appointments, forwarding leads, and coordinating order processing.
  • Share product samples (where applicable) and explain promotional offers.
  • Track competitor activities, schemes, and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and revenue goals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments by following up with customers.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management.
