Arranging E-way bill from Finance
Handing all dispatch documents to 3PL agency for loading of material
Entry of material on contractor Sloc in SAP
on Every 1st working day of the month
Taking physical stock of all A class items
Sending the copy of physical report to HO
Verification of contractor reconciliation sheet with respect to material issued against respective scheme
Validation of WH agency bills
Stacking of all materials as per the given guide lines.
Facilitation and provide support to external customer( JJM authorities)and HFCL team during material inspection.
