Job Description

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES . Order Pushing in SAP received from the market & Sales Ensuring Sales coordinator coordination for Various Schemes uploading and proceeding. Coordination with Cross Functional team in order for Shipment and stock allocation and movement. Complete coordination with Transportation and Managing the Stock position at the warehouse. Overall shipment timely and Maintaining the ROL level of the stock at warehouse. Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoicing accordingly. Its mandate to Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists and other documentation for proceeding the order. Adhering to Seniors and understanding processes for the warehouse operational. Uses warehouse management system (WMS) and System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) software. Documentation and Manging the all the DO received and handling the copies of acknowledgment from the transporter. Proceeding the billing of Transporter and follow up for the same.
