Job Description

To Manage and Update Return stock being received on a daily basis at the Bhiwandi warehouse from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Pepperfry, Shopify and other Ecommerce portals . Key Responsibilities:- Quality checking of each return order being received from all the above online marketplaces in terms of physical condition, wrong or short quantity being returned and recording the same. Sorting all return orders and creating online case for claiming damages received via returns within 48hrs of return receipt. Ensure good stock products are returned to their correct location. Completing the Return in-warding and Put-Away process in the Vinculum system. Sharing daily Return MIS reports with the warehouse management and operations team. To assist the Warehouse manager with any details on returns processing and any other task as requested by the Warehouse manager or operational team. Skills Required:- - Minimum 4 to 5 yrs experience in managing Ecommerce Returns. - Experience in handling daily more than 100 return orders. - Vinculum Experience - minimum 3yrs of Returns Management Tab - Good communication skills- Knowledge of Ecommerce warehouse operations - Good Time management skills. - Accountable and Proactive attitude CTC:- - As per knowledge and experience. Warehouse Location:- -Bhiwandi Mankholi Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
