Warehouse Executive - Inward Receiving Job Profile

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Executive responsible for inward receiving is in charge of managing the receipt, verification, and documentation of incoming goods and materials. They ensure that all inbound shipments are accurately received, inspected, and stored in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments efficiently and safely.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and damages, and report discrepancies.
• Record and update inventory management system with received items.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of received goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding inbound logistics.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Follow health and safety regulations during inward process.
• Prepare reports on inward activities, including discrepancies and damages.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counting processes.

Skills and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
• Physical activity involved in handling goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
