About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial to our operations, involving core tasks such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, and scanning packages. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking: Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
• Packing: Securely and efficiently pack items for shipment, ensuring they are protected from damage.
• Loading/Unloading: Manually load and unload packages from trucks and conveyor belts.
• Scanning: Use handheld scanners to track and document the movement of packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 per month (in-hand)
• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy packages, standing for long periods, and repetitive movements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills.
