Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Label, tag, and store goods in designated areas.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in loading/unloading of goods and materials.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems is a plus.
• Forklift license or certification is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional overtime, weekends, or shift work may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,479.93 per month
