We are a travel services provider committed to seamless corporate travel experiences. As we grow, we’re looking for an HR / Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Email Communicate with the client’s / drafting mails
Ø Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
Ø Payroll, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Profit-and-loss statements
Ø Expense reports, Tax preparation, maintaining GST.
Ø Handle billing / accounts/Inventory
Ø Maintain files and records
Ø Invoice processing / coding and Check Processing.
Ø Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reporting Packages.
