Role Overview: - Responsible for order management, portfolio management, system performance & reporting, IT & Availability topics, reporting & interfacing, batch & job. Key Responsibilities: - Experience within the Asset Management industry or within FinTech supporting Asset Managers. - Good understanding of general IT processes and best practices. - Familiarity with support and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence would be beneficial. - Knowledge of the Investment value chain and Front-to-Back Office processes. Qualifications Required: - Customer focus: Ability to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality personalized service. - Willingness to exceed expectations to solve problems and provide an exceptional customer experience. - Excellent communication and presentation skills: Clear and persuasive communication with customers at different hierarchical levels and internal teams. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
