  Willing to Travel / relocate to J P Nagar, Bangalore. Office is in J P Nagar 2nd Phase.

• Shift Timings:

  US Shift (Flexible to work in night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls (inbound and/or outbound) to customers across geographies (US / UK / Australia / Global)

• Provide accurate information about products/services, troubleshooting support and resolving customer issues in a professional manner

• Ensure first call resolution (FCR) and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT)

• Adhere to defined scripts, processes, quality standards and compliance requirements

• Update CRM/system records accurately and document customer interactions

• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and ensure follow-up until closure

• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to process improvement

• Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (e.g., average handle time (AHT), service level, quality score)

• Adapt to changing processes and customer needs, and maintain up to date product/process knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with clear pronunciation and fluency

• Comfortable working in night shifts service model if applicable

• Good interpersonal and problemsolving skills; ability to stay calm under pressure

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems/CRM tools

• Graduate (any discipline) freshers are welcome; prior experience in international voice process is a plus

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour.
