Qualification : Dip or B.E/B.Tech - MechanicalIndustry : Oil & GasExperience : min 5+ yearsJob Description :

Mechanical JD:
1. 5+ years of experience in mechanical execution (refinery/petrochemical projects)

2. Execute mechanical installation activities for structures (piping, vessels, tanks, etc.) and equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.)

3. Ensure compliance with project specs, industry standards, and regulations

4. Conduct site surveys and inspections for mechanical systems

5. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for mechanical installation

6. Manage site execution activities for mechanical systems (welding, fabrication, etc.)

7. Identify and mitigate site execution risks for mechanical systems

8. Ensure safety and quality standards are met for mechanical systems

9. Collaborate with other disciplines (electrical, process, instrumentation)

10. Prepare and submit site execution reports for mechanical systems

11. Ensure mechanical completion and handover to commissioning team

12. Strong knowledge of mechanical structures, equipment, and site execution

Piping JD:

1. 5+ years of experience in piping construction (refinery/petrochemical projects)

2. Execute piping construction activities for refinery site execution

3. Ensure compliance with project specs, industry standards, and regulations

4. Review and approve piping construction documents

5. Oversee piping installation, welding, and testing activities

6. Conduct site surveys and inspections for piping systems

7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for piping materials and installation

8. Manage site execution activities for piping systems

9. Identify and mitigate site execution risks for piping systems

10. Ensure safety and quality standards are met for piping systems

11. Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)

12. Strong knowledge of piping systems, including materials, welding, and testing

13. Experience with piping installation, welding, and testing activities
